Why should I walk on the third way of „Yin Yoga“?
Many people have adequate reasons not to decide themselves for coaching or psychotherapy on the first run: false point of time, inappropriate method. Or the right approach is missing. Or the readiness, the openness or equinamity for cognitive work is or are missing.
In this case "Yin Yoga" as third way might be the exact and right way, to work on the motives that cause a need for change. By body work, by individual yin yoga practice. Which has positive effects not only on the physical status but also on the mental and psychological status quo.
Consequence: Instead of "doing nothing", instead of refraining from essential and supporting change support or instead of cognitive work in the roles of a coachee or psychotherapeutical patient it is induced to work once in a different way: with physical work and motion. In order to bring move (back) into life, in order to get things done again in a more flexible way.
